Classic All Weather Leather Collection
Classic All Weather Leather products should be gently wiped with a water-dampened cloth, while difficult stains can usually be removed with water and a mild bar soap such as ivory. However, stains that contain dye, such as lipstick or ink, should not be treated with cleaning agents or leather creams. The oils in such products loosen the pores of the leather, defeating the shrinkage process that makes All Weather Leather do impervious. Texas Collection
Composed of 100% cotton fabric. Should the fabric get wet, a soft dry white cotton cloth may be used to absorb excess water. Cleaning may be done with a soft toothbrush, ivory bar soap and sodium free seltzer water, used in a gentle motion, rinsing in between. Make sure the toothbrush is only slightly water dampened, not completely saturated. The trim used is 100% cowhide, and should need no creams, cleansers or lotions to maintain the beauty. back |

The toothbrush should only be slightly water dampened, not completely saturated during this process. The pale leather trim will characteristically darken over time and with exposure to light. Picnic Collection
The trim on the Picnic Bags is a golden honey colored leather that is 100% cowhide, treated for water repellency. No creams, polishes, or lotions are necessary to maintain the beauty. Scotch guard has been used on the fabric to repel water and some dirt. However, when dirt becomes a factor, a soft toothbrush, ivory bar soap and sodium free seltzer water, (used in a gentle motion, rinsing in between) should do the trick. When removing oily residue, first wipe the bag free of excess, sprinkle talcum powder on the area, allow time for absorption, and remove powder with a dry toothbrush. back |
