DooneyPay gives you the opportunity to spread out the cost of your favorite qualifying Dooney & Bourke products over multiple interest-free monthly payments.

DooneyPay only applies to qualifying in-stock products in your cart at the time of purchase when DooneyPay is selected during checkout. When we ship your product, the first Easy Pay installment will be charged to your credit card. All future Easy Pay installments will be charged to your card in 30 day increments after the initial charge. Upon shipment, you’ll also be charged for any products in your order which don’t qualify for DooneyPay. Applicable taxes and shipping charges for your order will be charged to your credit card in the first installment. You must be signed into your dooney.com account when checking out and you may only use a valid credit or debit card for your DooneyPay order.

We back all Dooney & Bourke products with our ironclad guarantee and we’re happy to accept returns for items purchased using DooneyPay. When making a return, the original DooneyPay terms will be cancelled immediately. A refund will be credited for the amount paid on the returned item. There are no exchanges on DooneyPay orders and we cannot make modifications to existing orders after they’ve been placed.

DooneyPay is only available to U.S. customers on dooney.com. DooneyPay is not available on physical Gift Cards, eGift Cards, customizable bundles or products on backorder/pre-order. DooneyPay is not available when using guest checkout. Dooney & Bourke reserves the right to accept or decline any DooneyPay order (and/or limit order quantity for any given item) for any reason. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. Dooney & Bourke may refuse DooneyPay customer eligibility at any time without prior notification.

When you choose DooneyPay, you commit to pay the full price of your product, and you agree to have funds available on or before the installment due dates outlined in the checkout process. If you do not uphold this commitment, you understand that Dooney & Bourke may use a collection agency to recuperate delinquent payments for your DooneyPay order.

Dooney & Bourke may change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notification. Your selection of the DooneyPay option during the checkout process constitutes full acceptance of the DooneyPay Terms & Conditions.

Q: Does everything on dooney.com qualify for DooneyPay?
A: No. Only select, in-stock products on dooney.com qualify for DooneyPay. Qualifying products may change over time. Dooney & Bourke reserves the right to make any product eligible or ineligible from DooneyPay at any time. You must be signed into your dooney.com account to use DooneyPay on your order. DooneyPay is not available on physical Gift Cards, eGift Cards, customizable bundles or products on backorder/pre-order.

Q: Can I use DooneyPay on my entire order?
A: DooneyPay will only be applied to qualifying products in your order. You’ll be charged for all products that do not qualify for DooneyPay when they ship, just like a standard order on dooney.com.

Q: What happens after I place an DooneyPay order?
A: Once fund availability has been confirmed and the product ships, your card will be charged for the first installment of the qualifying DooneyPay product(s) and the full cost of non-DooneyPay eligible products. Applicable taxes and shipping charges for your order will be charged to your credit card in the first installment. Customer eligibility for DooneyPay is not guaranteed, and Dooney & Bourke reserves the right to refund and cancel any DooneyPay order for any reason.

Q: How often will my account be charged?
A: After your order ships and the initial charge has been paid, future installments will be charged in 30 day increments from the shipping date. Installment dates cannot be customized or changed for any reason. If products from your order ship separately or at different times, you may see separate monthly charges in your account for each item. Dooney & Bourke will make every effort to meet the DooneyPay installment schedule, but reserves the right to change installment dates as necessary due to processing limitations.

Q: How can I see my DooneyPay payment schedule/statement?
A: When placing your order, you’ll be provided an estimated DooneyPay payment schedule. Upon shipment of your order, your shipping confirmation email will contain an updated DooneyPay payment schedule. At any given time, you can find the most accurate DooneyPay payment schedule for your order in Order Details via the Order History section of your dooney.com account.

Q: What payment methods can I use when completing an DooneyPay order?
A: Only debit or major credit cards with an expiration date beyond the final installment date may be used to complete an DooneyPay order. Pre-paid gift cards cannot be used on your DooneyPay order.

Q: What happens when I return an item from an DooneyPay order?
A: Dooney & Bourke is happy to accept returns for items purchased using DooneyPay. When making a return, the original DooneyPay terms will be cancelled immediately. A refund will be credited for the amount paid on the returned item. There are no exchanges on DooneyPay orders, and we cannot make modifications to existing orders after they’ve been placed.
