D&B: When it comes to getting ready for the day, how do you balance style and function?

Whether it’s running around with my boys, or hanging with the girls for brunch, I’m always looking to dress in a functional but stylish way. You don’t have to lose your personal style just to be comfortable. You can get your errands done and still look like your best self by wearing a great flat, a spring dress and an effortless crossbody (I love your crossbody bags for women!) bag.

What is the most rewarding part of your job? Of being a mother?

The most rewarding part of my job as a stay-at-home mom of four is watching my boys grow into strong young men. Seeing true brotherhood and friendship between them is extremely rewarding.

What is a must have in your daily bag?

I never leave without my favorite lip gloss and sunglasses, and of course baby wipes! They come in handy when running around town!

What surprised you most about becoming a mom?

The friendships I built with other moms. I was always pretty independent with my day-to-day life, but after having children, I realized it truly takes a village. We all need each other to get through the highs and lows of being a parent. My advice to new moms is to make time for friends. It’s the best self-care I’ve done in the last year. Friendships refresh the soul and remind you that you are more than just a mom, you are powerful woman!

What spring trend are you most excited to try?

I am excited to try out pops of color! I plan on wearing some yellow strappy heels with a refreshing white drawstring bag, like the Saffiano Small Drawstring Crossbody!
