If you are not completely satisfied with your Dooney & Bourke purchase, we are happy to offer you a full refund within thirty days of purchase. Products must be in new, unused condition.
We understand the importance of picking the right accessory. That's why we offer $7.50 flat rate returns on all domestic orders (plus applicable taxes).

Return processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days after the receipt of your package. This is an estimate and processing times may vary seasonally. You will be refunded the amount paid for returned products at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. By using this online return process, you acknowledge that we will subtract $7.50 (plus applicable taxes) for the shipping cost of your return. After a refund is processed, funds availability varies by financial institution.
To exchange your product for a different one, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 347-5000. When you exchange an item, you will be refunded the amount paid for returned products at the time of purchase and charged for the new product at the current price at the time of your exchange.
Repairs & Replacements
After thirty days, your order is covered under the our Repairs & Replacements Program.
After the initial thirty day return window, we will gladly repair any Dooney & Bourke bag or accessory that has become damaged or worn. Repair costs vary, depending on the condition of the item, but will not exceed half of the current retail price for that particular style. Once we receive an item for repair, we will inspect the item, advise you of repair costs (via mail, allow 1-2 weeks) and request your approval before any repair work takes place. If your bag or accessory is beyond repair or if repair costs exceed half of the current retail price you will be eligible for a replacement.
If an item is beyond repair, or if the repair costs exceed half of the current retail price, you have the option of having it replaced. You will be offered credit for half the current retail price of that item to apply toward a replacement item of equal or greater value. Cannot be applied to sale prices. Please note: The original item will not be returned to you. Once you have authorized a replacement, this item will be destroyed.
