You picked out Dooney & Bourke gifts for your dad, mom and best friend. What were your top picks for them?
My best friend, Ashley, has great taste; the Ostrich Hobo is perfect for her. Plus, the hot pink color is gorgeous. My dad loves classic styling, so the navy-blue Cabriolet Dopp Kit was an easy pick, and it will go great with the Getaway Collection Weekender that I’m giving to my mom.

Who is the most difficult person in your life to buy gifts for?
No one is easy to buy for if you’re doing it right. I always want to be sure I’m getting something the person will love. Here’s my secret to gift-giving: I know I’ve found a good gift when I am hesitant to give it away!

What Dooney & Bourke gift would you choose for yourself?
That’s easy! I’d take the hot pink Derby Ostrich Hobo for myself, too!

What are your favorite types of gifts to receive?
Any gift that someone has taken the time to carefully curate is special to me.

How do you celebrate the holidays?
It’s always been just me and my parents for the holidays, which means that we’re able to be pretty non-traditional with our traditions. Being from New England, we love lobster and often have it for Christmas dinner. We also really like fondue since it’s fun and festive. As for traditions in gift giving, my mom and I always shop for each other together. It’s so nice to have that time together, plus we’re able to pick out gifts that we actually love. We wrap up the gifts up and put them under the tree so that there’s still that Christmas morning magic.
