If you’re into vintage style, Dooney & Bourke, or all of the above, then you’re going to love what we found at the office this week.

Your voices have been heard! A lot of you frequently leave comments on our Instagram posts about our archives. We get it – we love the old stuff too. So as soon as we came across these throwback pictures, we knew we had to find a way to show them to you. Let the nostalgia begin.

One of our favorite pictures is of our iconic Duck Bag. It was first made in All Weather Leather, which debuted in 1983. All Weather Leather was a pebble leather with such impressive waterproof qualities that water rolled right off of its surface, as if it were a duck’s back. This original Duck Bag is surrounded by little Coin Purses, also finished with that signature leather duck. (More about the Dooney Duck here.)

Feeling overwhelmed by nostalgia? You can find an updated version of the Duck Bag on our website right now. This modern take on a vintage classic pays a close tribute to one of our first iconic styles. It’s available in colors inspired by our former offering, with earth-tone neutrals like olive, tan, and black. PS–this bag is only available on dooney.com! You won’t find it anywhere else (except the vintage version in thrift stores if you’re lucky).

We also want to show you this vintage leather bucket bag. We love the look of this leather drawstring with braided straps and leather tassels. This bag is part of the Teton Collection, which launched in 1994. It was made using the kind of supple pebble leather that ages beautifully over time.

And finally, check out this picture of structured handbags finished with our crisp Vacchetta leather trim. Though this exact collection is no longer available, these bags remind us of The Wayfarer Collection. They have a similar shape, a contrasting trim, and and an updated Dooney duck logo for good measure. This picture also reminds us of the Camden Saffiano Collection, for its similar styling.

We can’t wait to show you what we find next.
